Customer Service Department

You have made it to the second month of meeting just some of our amazing departments here at Edwards. Last month we hung out with the Distribution Department and learned all about picking, packing, inspecting, and shipping your orders.

But what about placing those orders? Of course you can do that online, but what if you are more of a talker? We are always willing to help you place an order or answer a question in our customer service department. 

They help us with all kinds of things. Let’s get a better feel for what they do!

We have 22 employees in the customer service department, so when you call you may not have to wait long until one of our representatives is available to help you. Help is on its way!

Your call is picked up!
One of our representatives is here to help. Have a question about a style, need to place an order, can’t remember your account information, or when your order is supposed to be arriving? Katie is just one of our workers who is here to help.  She answers about 80 calls a day, and most of them deal with placing orders and taking returns. Katie is just one of our amazing super stars in customer service!

These delightful and resourceful people can help you with just about anything, when it comes down to Edwards. And if they can’t then they will forward you to someone who does!

Not everyone in customer service takes as many calls as Katie. Below we have Domonic who helps with special entries and order entries. He helps some of our sales representatives and usually takes about 7 to 10 calls a day. Domonic says his favorite part of the job is seeing where Edwards products can go. He has especially enjoyed some of our items traveling to the Yankees in new York or the Pepsi Center in Colorado. One of his most memorable stories was when he was taking an order over the phone and he heard a loud smash from the other end. The woman on the other line yelled that she got into an accident and hung up. * reminder to always give full attention to the road* 🙂

When the average phone call is 2:45 minutes long, and only 3.5% of calls are dropped or abandoned, it is nice to see that this department helps people get their jobs done and questions answered.

We are always thinking about the customer at Edwards, and that is why we have an entire department dedicated to helping YOU! This department is crucial to helping keep our customers happy, and knowledgeable about the products and services we provide.

What is a company, without its customers? Better yet, without its customer service? Thank you to our customer service department that helps to keep everyone informed and happy – at least we hope!
