In this example, each job function requires 3 – 4 garment styles (shirt, pant, apron, vest, neckwear) with an average cost of $60/uniform set/job function. Most employers will outfit each employee in 3 or more uniform sets, so this example could mean a $4,500 sale. Now factor in a 66% annual turnover rate (or an additional 16 employees) and the sale has the potential to reach just under $7,400.
