CH-CH-CH-CHANGES…
No, I’m not singing the David Bowie song, however, he definitely was on to something.  If you have to wear a uniform everyday what is the best way to freshen up a program without breaking the budget?  Of course, CH-CH-CH-CHANGES.  Not big ones, just small ones.

Okay, change what?  How about the shirt or shirt color.  Yes, get out on that limb and add a blue or sage shirt to your existing program rather than staying with your traditional white.  Your employees will love you because they have a choice in what they can wear as long as it stays within the corporate brand.

Now hold on cowboy…..what else can I change?  I’m glad you asked.

Why not add something like a vest or neckwear?  Both pieces freshen up a uniform program while staying within budget.  Simple and easy.    

So as Summer has come to a close and Fall begins….CH-CH-CH-CHANGES is a perfect time to freshen up your uniform program.
